Fundraising

Additional funds for the Art Award are gathered through a fundraising campaign offering the opportunity for collectors and institutions to acquire works by leading artists working across disciplines of contemporary creation. 10 incredible artists have consigned in total 18 artworks.

FUNDRAISING

The INSPIRE Art Award is partially funded by PRIO, the Research Council of Norway under the INSPIRE project and Anaïs Lellouche. Additional Award funds are gathered through a fundraising campaign offering the opportunity to collectors and institutions to acquire works by leading artists working across disciplines of contemporary creation.

An exciting group of celebrated artists have consigned works to support the INSPIRE Art Award, including Simone Fattal, Sofia Mistola, Panos Tsagaris, Irini Miga, Anna Konik, Hangama Amir, Huda Lutfi, Luis Carlos Tovar and Naser Agha.

Through the sale of the consigned works, proceeds are distributed equally between the artists (50%) and the INSPIRE project (50%) to support the Art Award. Acquisitions of INSPIRE consigned artworks support the consigning artists, and the future laureates. This initiative also offers collectors and institutions the opportunity to support the INSPIRE Award mandate through realising acquisitions of works by leading artists.
