Open call for artists in need of a Safe Residency

In collaboration with Hvitsten Salong, Safemuse is offering six-month residencies to talented artists from around the world who have experienced censorship, threats, or persecution due to their artistic activity. 

The residency will last for six months and will be held in either Oslo or Hvitsten, Norway. It is funded by the Municipality of Oslo and is a cooperation between Safemuse and Nordic Black Theatre.

The application deadline is 1 July 2023.
