Kick-Off Workshop for the INSPIRE Project

From January 22-23, 2020 a kick-off workshop was held for the INSPIRE project. The kick-off workshop marked the formal start of the INSPIRE project. The main goal was for the team to get to know each other; to introduce the external project leader; to develop a shared understanding of aims, research questions, methods, communication strategy and output. Leadership, management, as well as each project member's role and responsibilities were also defined.
